MOJO Challenge # 84

Hey! Hope everyone is having a good week! I can't believe it's Thursday already! It's getting late so I am going to make this quick. My 5 year old has been invited to a birthday party Saturday. I made a card using the MOJO Monday sketch. They always have wonderful sketches! The invitation was western so that's how I came up with the theme. Here it is.

I stamped happy birthday on the star and tied raffia on it.

This is a close up of the stamp. I think the cowboy is sooo cute! I used prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits to color him.

This is the inside of the card.
The cowboy stamp is by stampabilities and the HB stamp is from hero arts.
It's getting late so I need to go. Ya'll have a great day tomorrow!!

Baby card

Happy Sunday! I hope every one is having a wonderful day! I wish I had time to update every day but I have been so busy! I don't know how some of you do it! Anyway, I started a card last night and finished it this afternoon. I need a card to give to a friend who is going to have a baby girl next month! So exciting! I have been scrapbooking for 3 boys so it is really neat to be able to use pretty papers with PINK!! I still want to put the baby's name on the front of the card but my printer is out of ink. Gotta go get some tomorrow! Here it is.
Supplies: the papers are Cloud 9 Design, ribbon from my stash, Penny Black stamp, Prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits, and a little bit of stickles on the flowers and butterfly.
Ya'll have a great day! Hopefully I can update more often this week!

Birthday Card

Hi! Hope everyone is having a good day!! It is raining like crazy here. We are under a flash flood warning in our area! Great day for paper crafting! Anyway, I started this card for a challenge about a week ago. The challenge was to use the colors bright blue, bright pink, and bright orange. I got the card made and that was about it. Now that I have my new Penny Black stamps and it's been raining I figured I would finish the card. This is how it turned out.

After I colored the stamp with prismacolors and gamsol, I used stickles to cover the balloons. I love stickles!!
On the inside of the card I made a pocket to put money in for those last minute birtday parties the boys go to.

SUPPLIES: blue, pink, orange, and white cardstock, Penny Black stamp, prismacolor pencils, versamark ink, stickles, and hero arts stamps.

New Stamp!!

Wow! I can't believe it's been 2 weeks since I've made anything and posted on my blog!! It's been crazy the last couple of weeks but hopefully things will settle down and I will have more time to play with my stamps. I got my new Penny Black stamps in the mail today and had to use them. I just love the little hedgehogs!!! I made a card using the MOJO Monday sketch and the colors for the Stamp Something Challenge which were yellow, blue, and green.

It's hard to tell from the picture but the ribbon is green and yellow.
I also made a scrapbook layout of my family when we went to see my sister and her family in Canada 2 years ago. Yes, I am WAY BEHIND on my scrapbooking!!

Well, Ya'll have a wonderful weekend! It's suppose to rain here tomorrow so I hope I can play with my stamps again tomorrow!!
